What you can expect from me, and what I need from you, so your page comes together smoothly.

How we start

This works best if you're happy to start simple, share your own words and send your changes in one go.
If you'd like many rounds of changes, a fully custom or multi-page site, or new copywriting or branding, it may not be the right fit. I'll let you know kindly on our call.

A one-page landing site, designed for phone and desktop. Other pages can be linked from it, or made to match (see Extra pages below).
Your experience, story and services laid out clearly, using your words.
An interactive check-in that leads into a free call or booking.
Links to your existing booking page and socials.
Two rounds of changes.
Help going live on free hosting and connecting your domain.
Your handover kit: your site files and simple prompts to keep changing it in Claude.
Extra pages aren't included. Simple pages are from $97 each, and larger pages are quoted before any work starts.

You're always welcome to add pages yourself in Claude using your handover kit.

First draft within 3 working days of your start date.
Each round of changes back to you within 2 working days of receiving your full notes.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends are not included.
Live within 10 days when your notes come back within 24 hours of each draft. If you need longer, we simply move your go-live date.

We keep in touch on WhatsApp, so everything is in one place.
I'll message you at each step: when we start, when your draft is ready, after each round of changes, and when you're live.
I reply within one working day (Monday to Friday). Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
To keep things moving, please reply to each draft within 24 hours.

When your draft link arrives, take your time to look through it, then send all your changes in one message.
I'll send you a simple feedback template that goes section by section, so nothing gets missed. Voice notes are welcome too.
Once your notes are in, I'll make the changes and send round one back within 2 working days.
Round two is your final round, again sent in one message.
Single changes sent one at a time, or between rounds, are saved for your next round rather than made straight away.
Any changes after round two are yours to make in Claude with your handover kit, or I can quote them separately.

Before your first draft: change your mind and you'll get a full refund.
At your first draft: if it isn't feeling right, I'll do one fresh take in a new direction. If that still isn't right, we part ways with a 50% refund, and you keep the draft files.
Once round one changes begin: refunds no longer apply, as most of the work is done. You still have your two rounds and your handover kit.

Your logo, photos and words, which you have the right to use.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what your page says, including any health information or claims. Please check everything before you give the all clear to go live.
I build your page from what you share with me. I don't research your field, check facts or write content from scratch.
Your page can only be as polished as the photos, videos and words you provide. If you don't have high-quality images, we can keep it faceless or use stock images for now.
If you'd like an FAQ, I can start you with general questions common in your industry. You're the expert though, so please add the questions your clients ask most, before your first draft or in your first round of changes.

Once paid, every file, image and word on your page is yours to keep, move or change.

Your site and domain live in your own accounts, so you're always in control.
You keep paying for your domain as usual. Hosting on Netlify is free for a site like this.
I'm not responsible for outages or changes made by hosting or domain providers.

If I haven't heard from you for 30 days during the project, I'll close it as delivered and send you your latest files.
