The Paloma

You'll need2 oz tequila, ½ oz fresh lime juice, 1 bottle Atomic Pink Grapefruit, ice, salt for the rim (optional) and a pomelo wedge.

Rim a glass with salt and fill it with ice.
Add the tequila and fresh lime juice.
Top with Atomic Pink Grapefruit Soda.
Stir gently and garnish with a pomelo wedge.

Drink chilled, freshly poured and enjoy.

You'll need2 oz gin or tequila, 1 bottle Atomic Yuzu, ice, a lemon slice and fresh mint.

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add the gin or tequila.
Top with Atomic Yuzu Soda.

Our story

Born behind the bar

Atomic was started by Razvan Dinu, a flair bartender, mixologist and beverage manager who knew how much a mixer can lift or flatten a good spirit.

In 2019 he made the tonic he always wanted to pour. It became Bali's first premium tonic water, and today it's a range of five mixers poured across the island, supplying some of Bali's iconic hotels, clubs and restaurants.
